DJ Zedd Chips Away at Beverly Hills Megamansion Price Amid Market Slowdown

Anton Zaslavski, better known as the DJ and record producer Zedd, has just chopped the price of his Beverly Hills, California, megamansion down to $18.49 million. 

The angular, glass-covered spread made its debut on the market last summer asking $26.5 million, according to listing records. Its sticker price has been gradually chipped away at since. 

But Thursday’s new ask is still comfortably above the $16 million Mr. Zaslavski, 33, paid for the ultra-modern estate in 2018, records with PropertyShark show. 

“It’s no secret that it’s become a challenging market and there are numerous offerings in the $15 million to $25 million pricing category,” said Andrew Buss of Hilton & Hyland, who has the listing with colleague David Kramer. 

“At the new price of $18.499 million, this exceptional property is very well priced compared to the competition, offering a suite of amenities, land and privacy typically only found in homes at much higher price points,” Mr. Buss added. 

Set on 3.2 acres behind secure gates, luxe amenities abound throughout the estate, including “one of the most jaw-dropping approaches to a home imaginable,” past sprawling lawns, dramatic water features, lush greenery and beautiful vistas, the listing said. 

Inside, a light-filled entry leads into the home, which boasts a chef’s kitchen with Hibachi grills, a living room with walls of glass and views over the city, a sound-proofed home theater and a gym. 

An architectural staircase leads upstairs to the five bedrooms, including a primary bedroom suite with a fireplace, a private balcony, dual walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom.

Outside, there’s an infinity-edge pool and hot tub, numerous patios and outdoor fireplaces, rooftop decks, hillside gardens and fruit trees.

Mr. Zaslavski has worked with the likes of Ariana Grande, Katy Perry and Selena Gomez, and produced dance hits like Alessia Cara’s “Stay” and “The Middle” by Maren Morris and Grey. He couldn’t be reached for comment.
