After turning themselves from reality TV stars to billion dollar cash cows, the members of the Kardashian/Jenner clan have also spent time building up a rather impressive property portfolio.

Indeed, after buying and flipping so many mansions over the years, momager Kris Jenner left fans speechless when she admitted she forgot about the existence of one of the million-dollar homes she owns.

During the season two premiere of The Kardashians on Thursday, the 66-year-old businesswoman – who has a reported net worth of $170million – was seen giving fans a look inside her $1.6m Beverly Hills condo as she explored the property with her daughter, Khloe.

Kris even admitted that she only uses the place for wrapping Christmas gifts and storing Champagne. 

Khloe, 38, then mockingly remarked: ‘I can’t wait to be wealthy enough I forget I have properties somewhere’, adding in a mock British accent, ‘Oh, I have a condo in Beverly Hills! I forgot about that!’

Kris later explained in a confessional that she had bought the property to have a base close to her mother Mary Jo ‘MJ’ Campbell, and cousin Cici Bussey, who live in the area.

In fact, much of the Kardashian/Jenner owned properties are based in California – with the stars even buying the houses right next door to each other.

Last year, Kris moved into a $20million Hidden Hill mansion next door to her daughter Khloe’s equally lavish $17million home.

Throughout the years, Kourtney and her family have always called Calabasas home but the Poosh founder recently scooped up a place in La Quinta, California with her husband Travis Barker.

Jenner sisters Kendall and Kylie has also spent some of their fortune on jaw-dropping homes with supermodel Kendall dropping $8.55 million on a Los Angeles property in 2017.

Meanwhile, beauty mogul Kylie owns a sprawling Holmby Hills pad worth $36.5 million, while also recently dropping $13.5million for a vacant lot in Hidden Hills.

$20million Hidden Hills mansion

Kris Jenner’s property-flipping talents are on par with her iconic PR skills having fixed up number of residences around the Golden State, from a modern villa in La Quinta to her brand new customized mansion in the Hidden Hills.

In 2021, Kris moved into a $20million Hidden Hills mansion right next door to her daughter Khloe’s new home.

Kris threw open to the doors to her new mansion in season one of The Kardashians showcasing part of the 16,500 square feet property.

It boasts eight bedrooms and 9.5 baths, including an eight car garage, covered patios, gym, office, pool and spa, movie theater and guest home. 

Kris uses an entire room to store the designer dinnerware sets that she collects, while she also has a piano room and bar to entertain guests.

$4million Hidden Hills home and a $12million holiday home in Palm Springs 

The most recognizable of the houses Kris owns is undoubtedly her Hidden Hills home which she bought in 2010 for $4m – where the reality show was largely filmed in earlier seasons.

The home is instantly recognizable to KUWTK fans, particularly for its checkered floors which People reports were installed by interior designer Jeff Andrews. Her son Rob Kardashian now resides there with his daughter Dream, five.

Then in 2018, Kris then splashed out $12m on an epic compound situated in La Quinta, California near Palm Springs. 

The seven-bedroom residence has four fireplaces and an 100-foot infinity pool, and is situated in the exclusive Madison Club.

The 11,000-square-foot abode was meticulously designed with luxurious elements for peak sophistication.

Kris and Kim invested a collective $4,747000 into the luxurious single story flats, located within the purpose-built Avanti community, developed by the The New Home Company in suburban California.

Located close to old town Calabasas, the new property development boasts 72 two to three bedroom single story flats over 2, 109 to 2,662 square feet.

Incorporating Italian influenced architectural flourishes by Design Company Robert Hidey Architects, the complex also includes tasteful Koehler fixtures, subtle custom lighting and two-toner color schemes.

In February 2020, Kardashian and West showcased their minimalist home for the first time in a feature for Architectural Digest, with Kanye praising famed Belgian interior decorator Axel Vervoordt’s work for the striking redesign.
