Aussie-born filmmaker Baz Luhrmann’s Gramercy Park home can be yours — for a cool $75,000 a month.

The Anglo-Italianate townhouse, at 243 E. 17th St., is also on the sales market for $18.99 million — down $1 million from its $19.99 million asking price when it first hit the market in June. 

Luhrmann — who is once again garnering Oscar buzz for his hit, “Elvis” — and his Academy Award-winning wife, costumes and production design master Catherine Martin, bought the home for $13.5 million in 2017.

Luhrmann made his name with films like “Romeo + Juliet,” “The Great Gatsby” and “Moulin Rouge!” The power couple often work together professionally — and their New York home is as colorful and dramatic as anything they’ve ever created for Hollywood.

The 28-foot-wide, 6,550-square-foot property, built in the 1920s, comes with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a winding staircase and an elevator.
