The building’s Base Residences — located on floors one through seven within the podium of The West Residence Club — were designed to evoke the neighborhood’s industrial past with a robust upcycled brick facade and oversized warehouse-inspired windows. These apartments feature more industrial details as Concrete drew inspiration from classic New York City lofts for the design of the interiors, incorporating sleek sliding cast-glass doors to separate the living space from the bedrooms.

The en-suite baths feature grey terrazzo flooring, pale grey ceramic wall tiles, a honed grey marble countertop on a custom matte black vanity and striking matte black fixtures by Rohl.

Providing a distinct contrast, the building’s upper floors have an entirely glass facade, crowning The West Residence Club’s top five stories with spacious homes — the Tower Residences — which feature open-air private terraces and cloud-like architecture, giving residents the impression they are floating in the sky.

Concrete designed these high-floor residences to maximize light, indoor and outdoor space and views of the iconic skyline and Hudson River waterfront.

The stylishly designed en-suite baths feature light grey terrazzo flooring, white ceramic wall tiles, a Calacatta marble countertop on custom double-vanity, nickel fixtures by Rohl and a pocket door separating the shower area from the vanity.
