We work with the Devic and Nature Spirit realms in Nature to create harmony and balance in the properties we clear.”So how does Phillips know if there is a ghost or spirit in a home?On her website’s FAQ page, she writes, “I can feel the energy of a ghost/spirit and occasionally they talk to me. I use a dowsing rod to confirm my intuitive hits. I ‘see’ ghosts/spirits with my third eye (mind’s eye) and don’t actually see them with my physical eyes.”She says, “we’re talking Halloween, so everybody wants me to find ghosts everywhere. I do, but I also find portals which is energy that’s coming from extraterrestrial sources above, onto the planet. She says, “people walk through the homes and they don’t want to buy them, even though they look really nice. When I bring Jane in, then the homes sell! I’ve been doing this with Jane since 2013.”And while we are living in a seller’s market, one can only assume that even the most desperate buyer hopes to avoid investing in the next Stanley Hotel.
