We work with the Devic and Nature Spirit realms in Nature to create harmony and balance in the properties we clear.”So how does Phillips know if there is a ghost or spirit in a home?On her website’s FAQ page, she writes, “I can feel the energy of a ghost/spirit and occasionally they talk to me. I use a dowsing rod to confirm my intuitive hits. I ‘see’ ghosts/spirits with my third eye (mind’s eye) and don’t actually see them with my physical eyes.”She says, “we’re talking Halloween, so everybody wants me to find ghosts everywhere. I do, but I also find portals which is energy that’s coming from extraterrestrial sources above, onto the planet. I also find vortices, and that’s energy from the planet coming up.”Suzanne Taylor is a realtor in Santa Fe. She says, “people walk through the homes and they don’t want to buy them, even though they look really nice. When I bring Jane in, then the homes sell! I’ve been doing this with Jane since 2013.”And while we are living in a seller’s market, one can only assume that even the most desperate buyer hopes to avoid investing in the next Stanley Hotel.
