Rapper Travis Scott is renting this Greenwich Village townhouse

Rapper Travis Scott is thrilled to be a dad again now that Kylie Jenner is pregnant with their second child.

And though he plans to spend more time in Los Angeles with Jenner and their daughter Stormi, he has been spotted in New York this week where he has been renting a Greenwich Village townhouse, Gimme can reveal.

The 19th-century townhouse, just steps from Washington Square Park, is not currently on the market. It was last asking $24.9 million and comes with its own storied history.

Built in 1839, the 8,700-square-foot home was owned by famed American composer and conductor John Philip Sousa.

Sources declined to say how long Scott has been renting there, or if he’ll leave early for LA to be by Jenner’s side.

The 22-foot-wide home has been gutted by Clodagh Design and developer/owner William Rainero.

There’s a double-story living room, a mezzanine, a chef’s kitchen, wine tasting lounge and a media room.

The outside space equally rocks, with a teak cabana and outdoor kitchen designed by legendary restauranteur Silvano Marchetto, of the now defunct Da Silvano.

The private spaces include a sprawling full-floor primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a fireplace and a terrace overlooking the garden. Wellness features include a home spa and third-floor outdoor Zen sanctuary.

The rooftop boasts views of Washington Square Park and the Freedom Tower.

Once facing foreclosure, the home appears to be getting back to solid ground. It has been on and off the market since 2012 when it was asking $31.5 million.
