Here’s an overall snapshot of the number of homes sold during that period:

Delaware County: 57 homes sold; average price:  $437,942; total value: $25 million

Fairfield County: 38 homes sold; average price: $277,203; total value: $10.5 million

Franklin County: 475 homes sold; average price: $293,363; total value: $139.3 million  

Licking County: 49 homes sold; average price:  $285,254; total value: $14 million 

Pickaway County*: 61 homes sold; average price:  $229,509; $14 million
