A loft near Taylor Swift’s NYC compound listing for $7.25M

If your wildest dreams include living near superstar Taylor Swift, there’s a blank space in her Tribeca building. 

A sprawling fourth-floor corner loft at 155 Franklin — once home to Orlando Bloom — is on the market for a steep $7.25 million. (Bloom bought it for $4.75 million in 2014 and flipped it less than a year later for $5.6 million.) 

The sleek, renovated digs include three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, large windows, original steel columns, wood beams and wide-plank oak floors. 

There’s an open chef’s kitchen/living/dining space, while a steel-framed glass wall with French doors provides extra privacy — or not — in the main bedroom. 

It’s all inside the landmarked Sugar Loaf Building, a converted warehouse that dates back to 1882.

Past and current residents include comedian Aziz Ansari, Steven Soderbergh and “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson. 

Swift bought Jackson’s two adjacent duplexes for $19.95 million and then another unit; she also owns an $18 million townhouse on the block — bringing her total love story with Franklin Street to roughly $50 million. 

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Kirsten Jordan, star of “Million Dollar Listing New York.”
