‘MDLNY’ star Tyler Whitman snags $2.7M spread in Sag Harbor

“Million Dollar Listing New York” star and Triplemint broker Tyler Whitman isn’t always selling houses.

This week, he bought one. Whitman closed on a historic Sag Harbor, NY, home in the heart of the village at 43 Garden St. for $2.75 million — down from its initial $2.99 million asking price last April.

The charming residence dates to 1792.

But inside, it is fully modernized by seller Martin Gould.

At 2,090 square feet, the home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and lots of custom millwork and ironwork.

There’s an open chef’s kitchen and dining room, along with wide-plank oak floors, shiplap ceilings with exposed wood beams and a fireplace.

A sunroom opens to the backyard patio, which features a waterfall reflecting pool.

Upstairs, the main bedroom comes with built-in cabinetry and a walk-in closet.

A home office can also double as a guest room or third bedroom.

“I’ve always been drawn to old historic homes, but I still wanted something brand-new and this was the best of both worlds,” Whitman told Gimme. “I also think values of Sag Harbor village homes are going to skyrocket very soon, as there is a forever limited supply. I’m a block from the bay, a block from the best town in the Hamptons and 5 minutes from the farm where I keep my horse. It’s honestly a dream.”

The listing broker is Mala Sander of Corcoran.
